In the brief history of the New Jersey Eagles, the team has seen an early exit in the playoffs and then missing the playoff the next season, however, from a business sense this is not a failure by any means. Especially, in the eyes of the NJ Eagles General Manager, WhenDell Washington.

WhenDell will now hold the title of Executive Vice President & General Manager. He will now oversee administrative and business operations regarding the team.

These are welcomed responsibilities which will lead to the hiring of support staff, adding sponsors, financial backers, and create strategic partnerships, which will carry into the near future of the team.
